At some point in life you may find yourself feeling lost, out of control, ashamed or overwhelmed with uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Challenges and obstacles may get in your way preventing you from becoming wholesome and happy despite your potential. Depression, anxiety, interpersonal struggles are some of the most common results of  unfulfilled life. Adverse experiences such as trauma and transitions will only deepen the sense of disconnect. I want you to know that you don't have to be alone and face all those symptoms on your own. I also realize how hard it is to admit to yourself that life is not going your way and that you need help. Taking this first step can truly facilitate the process of reclaiming yourself, your life and joy. I am here to support you.

Therapy can help you believe in yourself again while creating more room for fulfilling relationships. Together, we can look into sources of your concerns, and find effective ways to rewrite damaging, hurtful or ineffective patterns in your life preventing you from becoming your healthiest self. We will explore what makes "truly you" to assist you in moving towards authenticity and happiness.

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

EXPERIENCE

My career as a counselor began officially in 2010  as a provider in a non-profit organization in rural Montana. Since then, I had an opportunity to offer services to children, adolescents and adults in individual, couples, family and group modalities. Throughout my career, I had a chance to work in a few non-profit organizations, a school and more traditional outpatient office settings.

Gaining experience with a variety of presenting problems, diverse populations, ages and modalities helped me realize I am particularly passionate about working with trauma survivors, LGBTQ community and people experiencing stress-eliciting transitions. I also have extensive experience working with all forms  of anxiety, mood and self-esteem concerns. My practice is strengthened by specialized training such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and other trauma-focused trainings.

An essential part of my experience as a mental health practitioner is that I  was born and raised in Poland. Having the opportunity to experience culture other than my own and a wonderful exposure to diversity in the USA taught me to become more sensitive and attuned culturally. It also exposed me to all the challenges and empowerment that comes from different forms of transitions we face in our lives.
